Our representative will be waiting for you between the airbridge and the health counter in the arrivals hall before arriving to meet you and receive a badge with your name on it, so you don’t miss them.
The airport check-in process starts at the medical counter, and you don’t need to queue at this counter as we store your details following the documents sent to us before you fly to Bali. Our team will accompany you to the visa counter on arrival, and you can choose the shortest queue. Legally, the payment should be made by you alone, and then our representative will accompany you to the special line at immigration. Next, our representative will help you with your luggage; they will search with you through your luggage tags, then guide you to customs and help you with all your luggage until you meet your driver and parking lot.

What should I prepare?
Should you wish to book, kindly provide us with your brief information and prepare the document as follows:
- Arrival Date
- Flight Ticket details with Estimation of Arrival Time (ETA)
- Your group in total
- Your original passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of entering Indonesia. Less than 6-month-old passport holders are not eligible for Visa On Arrival (VOA).
- Screenshot of your International Vaccine Certificate with a minimum of 2 vaccination dates.
Things You Should Know!
- A free wheelchair is available
- VIP Airport Fast Track booking at least one day before
- Vaccine minimum dose: 2
- Vaccine dose 1 will be re-PCRed upon arrival
- Children under 18 years old are not required to attach proof of vaccine or COVID test results on condition that they must be accompanied by parents or family who have received the complete vaccine
- People who cannot get the vaccine because of a certain disease must attach a certificate from a specialist who does not deserve the vaccine.
- For people who have received a complete vaccine but are in post-covid recovery, they must attach a recovery certificate.
- Please make sure you have some blank pages on your passport to avoid deportation upon your arrival
- The price excludes the transport fee to your hotel and the visa-on-arrival fee of IDR 500,000

Online Payments At The Time Of Booking: We accept online payments via payment link, including Credit Card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
Cancellation Policy
– If you need to amend your booking, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
– If you cancel the tour at least 48 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply
– If you cancel within 47 to 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
– If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date or fail to show up, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
The VIP Fast Track Service includes:
- Meet and greet with a name signboard upon arrival at the arrival gate before the Visa on Arrival counter.
- Hand over visas or other essential documents or payments for VOA.
- Escort through an inbound immigration booth.
- Escort through customs clearance.
- Assistance with negotiation of extra alcohol (limit of 1 liter).
- Consultation advice for any of your needs.
The service excludes:
- VIP Line for all counter
- Passport and visa problems.
- Visa on Arrival (VOA) fee
- Over-carried goods through customs.
