Things You Need to Know Before Making a Booking:

Minimum Order: Our tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to book.
Age Limits: Age restrictions start from 6 years old (require that children be accompanied by an adult during the tour)
Transportation: Free hotel return transfers in the covered areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran Bay, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, and Sanur (Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ungasan, Canggu, and Ubud areas, are subject to an additional charge of Rp 150,000 per group up to 6 pax)
You need to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, a change of clothes, cash, and an underwater camera.

Note:

Please note that seeing or snorkeling with the manta rays is not always guaranteed on every tour, as it depends on weather and water conditions.
Please note that the itinerary for snorkeling Nusa Penida may be changed at the last minute to keep you safe from the big swells of the Indian Ocean. If this happens at Manta Bay (usually), and for safety reasons, the snorkeling spot will be swapped to Mangrove Point, Wall Point, and SD Point.

Maruti Beach Club Nusa Penida — After the snorkeling, you will be taken to a beautiful oceanfront beach club for lunch. Here, local Indonesian food will be served for lunch. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Our payment methods are designed to be flexible and convenient. Guests may choose to pay in advance or on the day of the trip. We accept several payment methods:

Advance Payment (Recommended):

Online Payment: We provide secure online payment through DOKU Payment Gateway, which supports Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by DOKU to ensure the safety of your payment details. Please note that an additional bank fee of 3% applies to credit card transactions.
Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Any discrepancies may result in delays or unsuccessful booking confirmation. Our official bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued after booking confirmation.

On the Day of the Trip:

For guests who prefer to settle the payment on the day of the activity, we also accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the beginning of the trip.

Note: For group bookings of more than 7 participants or for special arrangements, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. For further assistance with group or customized bookings, please contact our reservation team.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to remain flexible in accommodating your needs. However, please take note of our cancellation terms:

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-voucher confirmation.

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges and will be issued net of payment processing fees. Please be aware that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Gratuities (tips) are not included in the tour price and are never mandatory. However, if you are happy with the service provided, a small gratuity to your driver or guide is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.
While tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion, many guests choose to give around $5-10 per guest as a token of appreciation for excellent service.
