Kintamani Cultural and Nature Cycling Tour Itinerary

Before our Ubud bike tour travels begin, we will serve you light pancakes, a fruit platter, and some coffee and tea overlooking the spectacular view of the rice terrace. The breakfast will be served in a Balinese Coffee Plantation where you will also be able to see and learn about many types of different plants grown and used by locals such as coffee, cocoa, vanilla, and many other local fruits and spices.

Our professional English-speaking guide will take you on to walk around and discover the benefits of every single plan that you see. The process of making the famous Luwak coffee “the most expensive coffee in the world” will also be shown in this place and you are more than welcome to try it if you are interested.

Our well-maintained mountain bikes and helmet await you to be ridden. A large space will let you try the bikes before you explore Bali’s countryside to make sure all components on the bikes work properly. Our professional English-speaking guide will also show you how to use the breaks, and gears and give you a briefing on safety standards.

By stopping at the Traditional Balinese House that is passed down from generation to generation, we will give you a better insight into local life and culture. So many things to discover starting from the ancient Balinese Architecture Village, way of life, ceremonies, and much other uniqueness of this incredible island. To complete the experience, you will also have the chance to make Balinese Hindu Offerings that you find almost in every corner of Bali.

This part of Bali cycling eco tours will allow the adventure seeker to ride on a single trek through the ancient jungle of Taro and local farming land. We are always flexible with our tour, so the ones who are not keen to ride on the single track will still be able to do a relaxed ride and enjoy the scenery as well as the breeze of Bali’s remote area since we always provide 2 guides and the group can be separated if it is necessary.

We also stop in the middle of the island to discover the philosophy of 1,300 years old temple called Gunung Raung which was built by an Indian Priest “Rsi Markandeya”. The temple is still used by Balinese Hindus for worshiping every full moon or new moon.

Rice Paddy is grown in most areas of Bali, Our Ubud eco-cycling bike tours will cycle through one of the most beautiful rice fields on the island. Our guide will be more than happy to invite you to do a short walk or even help farmers harvest their crops during the harvesting season. There is so much to learn about rice including the complex process to grow it and the famous world heritage irrigation system “Subak” that has existed for hundreds of years.

After 22 km of riding, we end our journey in a small area north of Ubud. Then we drive you to a local cafe “Greenkubu Cafe” to enjoy a Traditional Indonesian feast.

Before dropping you back at the hotel, we will enjoy a traditional Indonesian feast at Greenkubu Cafe. The food is catered for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, as well as other food, require. Our lunch is often described by our customers as the best meal they have ever had on the island.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Our payment methods are designed to be flexible and convenient. Guests may choose to pay in advance or on the day of the trip. We accept several payment methods:

Advance Payment (Recommended):

Online Payment: We provide secure online payment through DOKU Payment Gateway, which supports Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by DOKU to ensure the safety of your payment details. Please note that an additional bank fee of 3% applies to credit card transactions.
Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Any discrepancies may result in delays or unsuccessful booking confirmation. Our official bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued after booking confirmation.

On the Day of the Trip:

For guests who prefer to settle the payment on the day of the activity, we also accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the beginning of the trip.

Note: For group bookings of more than 7 participants or for special arrangements, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. For further assistance with group or customized bookings, please contact our reservation team.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to remain flexible in accommodating your needs. However, please take note of our cancellation terms:

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-voucher confirmation.

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges and will be issued net of payment processing fees. Please be aware that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Gratuities (tips) are not included in the tour price and are never mandatory. However, if you are happy with the service provided, a small gratuity to your driver or guide is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.
While tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion, many guests choose to give around $5-10 per guest as a token of appreciation for excellent service.
