3. Online Payment: We accept online payments via PayPal, and an additional fee of 4.9% of the total transaction will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
1. If you cancel the tour 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee.
2. If you cancel within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price.
3. If you cancel for less than 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the price.

- You need to bring: a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, a change of clothes, cash, and an underwater camera.

- Please note that encountering or snorkeling with the majestic Manta Rays is not guaranteed on every tour, as this is dependent on weather and water conditions.
- In addition, the itinerary of our Nusa Penida Snorkeling Tour may be subject to last-minute changes to ensure your safety in the event of big swells in the Indian Ocean. If this occurs at Manta Bay (which is usually the case), the snorkeling spot will be changed to Mangrove Point, SD Point, Wall Point, or Stupa/GT Point for your safety. We prioritize your safety and comfort above all else and will always ensure you have a fantastic snorkeling experience in Nusa Penida.
