By accessing our website or booking our tours, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, and set out the rights and obligations of both parties.

Our Service Commitment

We strive to provide every customer with the best possible experience, ensuring that your tour is both comfortable and enjoyable. Should you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us — our team will be happy to assist you.

All of our tours depart from Bali and can be tailored to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Each tour is conducted in a private, fully air-conditioned vehicle and accompanied by a professional English-speaking driver.

We believe in transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges, and all tour prices are clearly displayed on our website.

Booking Information

Booking a tour with us is simple and convenient. You can submit your request via our booking form, by email, or through WhatsApp, providing the details of the trip you wish to arrange.

Privacy Policy:

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed securely. We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Our payment methods are designed to be flexible and convenient. Guests may choose to pay in advance or on the day of the trip. We accept several payment methods:

Advance Payment (Recommended):

Online Payment: We provide secure online payment through DOKU Payment Gateway, which supports Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by DOKU to ensure the safety of your payment details. Please note that an additional bank fee of 3% applies to credit card transactions.
Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Any discrepancies may result in delays or unsuccessful booking confirmation. Our official bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued after booking confirmation.

On the Day of the Trip:

For guests who prefer to settle the payment on the day of the activity, we also accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the beginning of the trip.

Note: For group bookings of more than 7 participants or for special arrangements, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. For further assistance with group or customized bookings, please contact our reservation team.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to remain flexible in accommodating your needs. However, please take note of our cancellation terms:

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-voucher confirmation.

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges and will be issued net of payment processing fees. Please be aware that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Gratuities (tips) are not included in the tour price and are never mandatory. However, if you are happy with the service provided, a small gratuity to your driver or guide is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.
While tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion, many guests choose to give around $5-10 per guest as a token of appreciation for excellent service.

Liability & Insurance

We will take all reasonable care in providing our tours and services; however, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage to persons or property, or for any delays, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, traffic issues, mechanical failures, or actions of third parties.
All participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour. We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies, personal accidents, cancellations, and loss of personal property.

Health & Safety

All participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and capable of joining the activities. Any medical conditions or special requirements should be communicated to our team before booking.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, including their performance and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia for any disputes or claims relating to these Terms & Conditions, our services, or the use of this website.
