Online Payments At The Time Of Booking: We accept online payments via payment link, including Credit Card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.

Cancellation Policy

– If you need to amend your booking, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

– If you cancel the tour at least 48 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply

– If you cancel within 47 to 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.

– If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date or fail to show up, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Bali Sunset Dinner Cruise Itinerary

16.00 – Pick-up from the hotel (Time based on your hotel location)
17.30 – Board the Bali Hai II. A souvenir photograph will be taken with our welcome girls as you board. You may see the photo during the cruise, there is no obligation to purchase the photo. Enjoy a canape as you wait for the vessel to depart.
17.45 – Bali Hai II departs Benoa Harbour Lifejacket demonstration.
18.30 – Buffet dinner opens on the main deck.
19.45 – Buffet Dinner closes on the main deck, and dessert is available until 20.15.
20.15 – Our cabaret show begins on the main deck and the musicians play on the bridge deck aft.
20.30 – As the cabaret show ends, our DJ takes over for disco time right through until the end of the cruise.
20.45 – The Bali Hai II comes alongside the jetty.
21.00 – Back to the hotel

Terms, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

The minimum booking is 2 participants
Children 3-12 years old are 50% of the price, Infants under 3 years old are free of charge
Hotel transfer covered areas: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran Bay, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, and Denpasar hotel areas only, and outside the areas, an additional charge will be applied.
A cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within the:
- If the booking cancellation is made within 1 day before the service date, 50% of the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If a No-Show will be charged 100% of the TOTAL payment
- This cancellation policy is valid for individual bookings and not valid for group bookings. The cancellation policy for the group booking will be advised on the confirmation made
