Advance Payment (Recommended):

All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by DOKU to ensure the safety of your payment details. Please note that an additional bank fee of 3% applies for credit card transactions.
  • Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Any discrepancies may result in delays or unsuccessful booking confirmation. Our official bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued after booking confirmation.

On The Day Of The Trip:

  • For guests who prefer to settle the payment on the day of the activity, we also accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the beginning of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-Voucher confirmation.

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges, and will be issued net of payment processing fees. Please be aware that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
