- Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
