By using our website or booking our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Tour Service

- All our tours start from Bali, and we are happy to accommodate any special requests you may have.
- Our tours are conducted in a private vehicle with a fully air-conditioned car and come with an English-speaking driver guide.

Booking Process:
Booking a tour is easy; you can submit your tour request via the booking form, email, or WhatsApp with the details of the trip you have requested. We recommend booking your tour in advance to ensure availability and avoid disappointment, especially during peak travel periods. Our team is always ready to assist you with your booking and provide you with the best possible experience during your tour. To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour or service cost is required, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the scheduled start of the tour or service.

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed securely. Bali Green Tour takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
Terms Of Payment:
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
- Cash On Arrival: We offer the option for cash payment on the day of the tour, and our staff will collect the payment from you at the beginning of the tour. (We recommend paying with rupiah (IDR) for your convenience and by the regulation of Bank Indonesia)
- Bank Transfers: We accept payment via bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with our bank account details to pay.
- Via PayPal: We accept payment via PayPal. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with our PayPal details for you to pay. (Paypal fees of 4.9% will apply.)
- Payment Deadline: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount is due upon arrival.
- Currency and Conversion Rates: All transactions will be processed in US Dollars. If your bank account or credit card is in a different currency, your bank or credit card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

- Cancellation Period: Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees (minus payment processing fees).

Rescheduling Your Tour
- If you reschedule the tour 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you reschedule within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 25% of the price. Rescheduling is at the discretion of our team and is subject to availability.
- If you cancel for less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price. Rescheduling is at the discretion of our team and is subject to availability.
Note:
Our tour groups are small to ensure a personal experience. Cancellations close to the tour date (less than 2 days) make it hard for us to fill the spot, so we appreciate your understanding.
